Why was Flint seeing Stormflower? Flint had fallen in love with the she-cat, but hiding it was too difficult for him. He had to see her just once more before giving her up.
What made Tallfrost turn against her family? She had the rabies disease and couldn't control herself.
Who did Piper meet in the nursery? Fernshine.
Near the end, why hadn't Fernshine trusted her? Fernshine recognized Tallfrost's scent on her. Tallfrost had murdered her father, and knowing that her kit was in her clan made her feel uncomfortable.
Who was Piper's mentor? Littleflower, Lightningstrike's mother.
Did Piper have a crush on Hawkpaw during her apprenticeship? No, she actually tried to avoid him. Only when she got older did she notice him.
