alopecia absence of hair from areas where it normally growsa.k.a.: baldness: may be hereditary or caused by disease and treatment
acne chronic papular and pustular eruption of the skin with increased production of sebum
gangrene death of tissue associated with loss of blood supply
callus Increased growth of cells in the keratin layer of the epidermis caused by pressure or friction.A *corn* is a type of callus that develops a hard sore (a white, corn like central kernel) .
squamous cell carcinoma malignant tumor of the squamous epithelial cells in the epidermis. this tumor may grow in places other than the skin, wherever squamous epithelium is found.
malignant melanoma cancerous growth composed of melanocytes
