cytoplasm region within plasma membrane, includes fluids, cytoskeleton, and all organelles, except the nucleus

mitochondria tiny organelles, transfer energy from organic molecules into ATP
endoplasmic reticulum (ER) system of membranous tubes and sacs called cisternae.
Golgi appartus another system of flattened membranous sacs
cytoskeleton network of thin tubes and filaments
microtubules hollow structures, extend from cell's surface
centrioles consist of 2 short cylinders of microtubules at right angles to eachother
