Célula procariota La característica más importante es que no contienen núcleo.
Bacterias Las bacterias pueden presentar varias estructuras, pero las más comunes son: • Coco • Bacilo (forma de bastón)
La pared celular bacteriana Las bacterias tienen una pared celular que las protege de cambios drásticos de presión osmótica en su medio.
Grampositivos 90% de la pared celular contiene peptidoglicano.
Gramnegativos 5-20% de la pared celular contiene pepetidoglicano.
Los antibióticos Sustancias generadas por otros organismos para defenderse.
Célula eucariota El material genético está envuelto por un núcleo.
Retículo endoplasmático rugoso Participa en el transporte y la síntesis de las proteínas.
Ribosomas Su función consiste en ser el órgano lector del ARN mensajero, con órdenes de ensamblar los aminoácidos que formarán una proteína.
Aparato de Golgi Su principal función es la de procesar y empaquetar proteínas y lípidos que son sintetizados en la célula.
