Order Classification of several families of similar organisms
Class Classification category of related orders
Phylum Category made of several classes of different organisms that share important characteristics
Kingdom Highest ranking classifications of living organisms that falls into one of the six major groups
Domain Largest category to classify life forms
Dichotomous key Key to use identify plant or animal
Phylogeny Development or evolution of a particular groups of organisms
Cladogram Phylogene tree construed from a series of 2-way break points, ancestral relationships
