WHAT IS NUTRIENTS? Nutrience is the substances that are important for the bodys growth and care.
what is the meaning of wellness? wellness is when you are reaching for your best level of health.
what is a calorie? a calorie is a unit uesed to measure the energy used by the body and the energy that food supplies for the body.
what is digestion ? digestion is the process of breaking down food into a form the body can use.
what are amino acids? amino acids are the building blocks that make up prodense.
what are carbohydrates? carbohydares are staches and sugars the body most of its energy.
what is a fiber? a fiber is tiny strands that are used to make most fabrics.
what is cholesteral? cholesteral is a waxy substance that is part of every cell of your body.
what are vitamans? vitamans are substances needed in small quanites to help regulate body functions.
what are minarals? minarals are elements needed in small amounts for study of bones and teeth.
what is osterpoprsis? osteoporosis is a condition in which minarals and bones graduly loose there minaraqls content and become weak and brittal.
