| Carbohydrates | Also know as sugars and starches. |
| Exocytosis | How large molecules are moved out of a cell. |
| Endocytosis | How large molecules are moved into a cell. |
| Plasma Membrane | Another name for cell membrane. |
| A Niche | Where, when, and what a species eats. |
| Facilitated Diffusion | How sugar and glucose enter a cell. |
| Gravitropism | Growing against gravity. |
| Phototropism | Growing toward the sun. |
| Populations | Consists of the same species. |
| Water Cycle Phases | Evaporation, condensation, precipitation, transpiration. |
| Innate Behaviors | Genetically programmed. |
| The Endoplasmic Reticulum | Moves supplies around a cell. |
| Organic | Means it contains the element carbon. |
