Clumped Trees near a river or cows in a pasture are considered CLUMPED distribution.
Habitat Where a species lives.
Carbohydrates Also know as sugars and starches.
Exocytosis How large molecules are moved out of a cell.
Endocytosis How large molecules are moved into a cell.
Plasma Membrane Another name for cell membrane.
A Niche Where, when, and what a species eats.
Facilitated Diffusion How sugar and glucose enter a cell.
Gravitropism Growing against gravity.
Phototropism Growing toward the sun.
Populations Consists of the same species.
Water Cycle Phases Evaporation, condensation, precipitation, transpiration.
Innate Behaviors Genetically programmed.
The Endoplasmic Reticulum Moves supplies around a cell.
Organic Means it contains the element carbon.
Diffusion Goes from high to low.
Primary Succession When life begins for the first time in a place.
Succession Grange or growth over time.
Secondary Succession When life or growth starts for a second time.
Thigmotrophism Growth stimulated by contact with an object.
Logistic Growth Occurs with limiting factors to regulate it.
Exponential Growth Happens very fast.
Viruses Non living because it can't re produce with out a host.
