Taxonomy The science of describing,naming and classifying organisms.
Bionomial A system for giving each organism a two-word scientific name that consists of the genus followd by the species name.
Genus The level of classifiaction that cames after family and that contains similar species.
Family The atomic category below the order and above the genus.
Order the taxonomy group below kingdom and above class.
Phylum The taxonomy category containing orders with common characteristics.
kingdom the highest taxonomic category,which contains a group of similar phila.
Domain similar kingdom are grouped into domains
