Cellular Respiration An Overview sec 1

Cellular Respiration Organisms obtain energy from food.
Aerobic Pathways of cellular respiration that require oxygen.
Anaerobic Process that doesn't need energy.
Where do organisms get energy? Organisms get the energy they need from food.
What is cellular respiration? Process that releases energy from food in presence of oxygen.
What is the relationship between photosynthesis and cellular respiration? Photosynthesis removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and cellular respiration puts it back. Photosynthesis releases oxygen into the atmosphere, and cellular respiration uses oxygen to release energy from food.
