Adaptation The adjustment of an organism to its environment
Alternation Of Generation The regular alternation of forms or of mode of reproduction in the life cycle of an organism
Colonial Inhabiting a colony
Dicots a group of flowering plants belonging to the class magnoliopsida of angiospermae Characterized by having two photosynthetic cotyledons in the seed that may emerge from the ground when the see germinates
Enclosed seeds "gymnosperm" naked seeds after the unenclosed condition of their seeds
Flowers The seed baring part of a plant consisting of reproductive organs
Fruit The sweet and fleshy product of a tree or other plant that contains seed and can be eaten as food
Leaves A flattened structure of a higher plant, typically green and blade like, that is attached to a stem or by a stalk
Monocots A monocotyledonous flowering plant whos stem grows by deposits on its inside
Multicellular Something consisting of mini cells
Pollen Fine powdery substances discharged from the male part of a plant, typically yellow
Roots The part of a plant that attaches it to the ground that nourishes the rest of the plant.
Seeds A flowering plants unit of reproduction, capable of developing into another plant
Stems The main body or stalk of a plant
Unicellular A single cell
Vascular Tissue the tissue in higher plants that constitutes the vascular system
