From where does the enzymes which is responsible for both the coagulation and liquefaction of the semen secrete? prostate gland
What is the Sertoli's cells? Sertoli's cells are in the seminiferous tubules in the testes and provide support and nutrients for the germ cells as they undergo mitosis and meiosis.
What is the cells of Leydig? They are in between the seminiferous tubules and secrete testosterone.
At where immature sperm mature growing flagella? epididymis
What kind of stain is used for sperm vitality test? eosin-nigrin
If a sperm is alive, how will it appear after stained? If a sperm is dead, how will it appear? colorless, pink
