QuestionAnswer
How materials get through the body blood!!! carried oxygen, nucleic acids, fats, and glucose
Also what materials are needed for energy phosphate, oxygen, carbohydrates, protein, lipids, and nucleic acids
What the purpose of cellular respiration is for energy, and every thing you do
what cells perform this all cells need energy. Cells with a mitochondria perform cellar respiration.(requires oxygen) But cells that do not have a mitochondria or a nucleus have to go through a anabolic process to get energy
The three steps of cellular respiration and its function Glycolysis(break glucose) , Krebs cycle(produces co2 and NADH(electronic transport chains),and electronic track (makes fat stacks of ATP by using hydrogen ions )
What processes do fat undergo for metabolism fat- needs to be broken down. Triglycerides can be converted to glucose in the liver by being broken down. Then it goses to Acetyl CoA, then placed in the kerbs cycle to make co2, then leaves and then the kerbs cycle powers the eletronic chain that mak
What process dose protein go under for metabolism must be broken down into amino acids,(used for energy, pyvrate, and etc) Deamination is when the amine group is removed form the amino acids. which occurs in the liver. then it goses to the kerbs cycle to become CO2, After that it leaves and the kerbs c

Use these flashcards to help memorize information. Look at the large card and try to recall what is on the other side. Then click the card to flip it. If you knew the answer, click the green Know box. Otherwise, click the red Don't know box.

When you've placed seven or more cards in the Don't know box, click "retry" to try those cards again.

If you've accidentally put the card in the wrong box, just click on the card to take it out of the box.

You can also use your keyboard to move the cards as follows:

If you are logged in to your account, this website will remember which cards you know and don't know so that they are in the same box the next time you log in.

When you need a break, try one of the other activities listed below the flashcards like Matching, Snowman, or Hungry Bug. Although it may feel like you're playing a game, your brain is still making more connections with the information to help you out.
