what is an organism that produces its own food? a organism that can produce its own food is called Producer. Producers use most of the energy they create for themselves.
what is cellular respiration? is a chemical reaction that releases the energy in glucose.
what is a Consumer? an organism that cannot make their own energy.
what is a Primary consumer? a organism that eats producers to get energy.
what is a Herbivore? a primary consumer. or a plant eater.
What is a secondary consumer? A secondary consumer is the second order of consumer. it may be a carnivore, omnivore, or a scavenger.
what is a third order consumer, or a tertiary consumer? an organism that eats the secondary consumer. may be a scavenger, omnivore,or a carnivore
what is a omnivore? a omnivore is a organism that eats plants and animals.
what is a carnivore? Carnivore is a organism that eats meat.
What is a scavenger a scavenger is a consumer that eats consumers that have olready died.
what is a Decomposer? a decomposer is a organizm that breaks down dead organic matter so that nutrients can be reused by plants.
what is a food chain? the transfer of energy from the sun to primary consumer to secondary consumer to tertiary producer.
what is a food web? are interconnected food chains they show the feeding relationships in an ecosystem.
what is a ecosystem? is a system in which living things interact whith themselves and their non living environment in such a way that the entire system is perpetuated.
