Anaphase the phase of mitosis when the chromosome pairs split and start to move towards the poles of the cell
Telophase the final phase of mitosis- when the chromosomes reach the poles and a nuclear membrane forms two new nuclei

Cytokinesis when the cytoplasm splits into two halves to make two new cells
