Dividend Portion of a companies profits that may be paid to stockholders
Liquidity How easy and quickly it is to convert your stock into money, without it losing value
Private Company A company owned by a person, family, or small group that does not sell stock to the public
Profit The amount of money left over after paying bills, sponsors, etc.
Public Company Sells shares publicly and are owned by investors
Risk The chance of losing all or some of the value of investment
Stock Ownership of shares in a buisness
