16. how is stress inoculation therapy demanding? clients need to make big commitments of time and effort and must be motivated so the therapy might not be suitable for everyone
17. counterpoint of stress inoculation therapy being demanding? it is flexible and incorporates a variety of techniques specific to an individual thus helps clients manage almost any form of stress
18. how is stress inoculation therapy overcomplicated? stress inoculation therapy may only work if they have personal control over the stressful situation so cannot be applied to circumstances where they cannot have any control
19. how can drugs be a better way of managing stress? they are a quicker method which is not as demanding however there are some costs such as addiction or side effects
