Think WinWin

TermDefinition
Win-Lose Bold but cold. Wanting to get ahead, be the best, and rising above, even if it means stepping on someone else to get there.
Lose-Win Insecure Not brave enough to stand up for yourself. Someone else makes all the decisions and you get treated as a door mat.
Lose-Lose Low in courage and consideration. Don't care if people lose, nor do you have the courage to stand up for yourself.
Win-Win or No Deal High in courage and consideration Walk away from losing Proactive patiences
Do Small Acts of Kindness Introduce yourself and share a smile Do not harass Use kindness and positivity
Keep Promises Make good on your word Take the word "Promise" serious Can break trust
Keep Confidences Posting someone else's information can be humiliating Can get you in trouble Keep it private
