Habit 4

think win win

QuestionAnswer
Think Win Win Habit 4
Main Point Module 11: Balance Courage with Consideration ? I can build effective relationships with people by working for their benefit as well as my own.
Win Win or No Deal High in both courage and consideration. You go for win-win or no deal. You're ready to walk away before someone loses- including yourself.
Win Lose low in consideration and high in courage. You go for win-lose every time. You're bold but cold- unsympathetic, inconsiderate, unkind. You want to get ahead, be the best, and rise above, even if it means stepping on someone else to get there.
Lose Lose corner, you're low in both courage and consideration. You don't care if other people lose, nor do you have the courage to stand up for yourself.
Main Point 12: Make Deposits in Other People's Emotional Bank Accounts (EBAs) I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's Emotional Bank Accounts. When I do this, it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships.
Make Deposits and Withdraws Your Emotional bank funds your actions.
Big withdraws are? Lies or broken promises, they break trust.
What is an apology in life. The super glue.
Are all deposits the same for everyone. A deposit for the other person may in fact be a withdrawal in their mind.
