What is the main point of Habit for? Think Win-Win
Why Think Win- Win essential to a meaningful life? It's a basic principle of successful living. Unless other people win with you, you don't truly win.
What is win-lose? If you're high on courage and low on consideration, you're always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people. Your proud. You can't win unless other people lose.
What is lose-win? You're not brave enough to stick up for yourself. You say yes to fast. Permanent victim mentality.
What is a doormat? They get nothing out of the situation except being walked all over.
What is lose-lose? If you can't win, no one wins. You put others and yourself down.
What is -Win or No Deal You're ready to walk away before someone loses. Mentality "We're going to win together.
Which one out of win-lose, lose-lose, lose-win, or win-win or no deal is high on courage? Win-win or No Deal
This mentality is bold but cold, unsympathetic, inconsiderate and unkind. What kind of person is this? Win- lose
Is saying no under peer pressure a sign of courage? Yes
What does EBA stand for? Emotional Bank Accounts
What is the main point of making deposits in other people's emotional bank accounts? Making deposits of kindness and helpfulness can make it easier to make new friends and build strong relationships
What is called when you do something that hurts the relationship? Withdrawal.
Is the following scenario an example of a withdrawal or a deposit? "Asked you to attend a class and take notes while they went away on a pleasure trip" Withdrawal
Is the following scenario an example of a withdrawal or a deposit? " Took you to lunch at a fast-food restaurant so you talk about a school project you were working on Deposit
What are ways to make deposits into EBAS? Do small acts of kindness, keep promises, be loyal to the absent, set clear expectations, apologize and forgive.
What are two rules to remember for making deposits in the Emotional Bank Account? 1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one 2. It can take one or more deposits to make up for one withdrawal
