Win-Lose High on courage and low on consideration. Idea of not being able to win unless others lose
Lose-Win Low on courage and high on consideration. Not being able to stick up for yourself
Lose-Lose Low on courage and low on motivation. Idea that if you can't win, nobody can
Win-Win or No Deal High on courage and high on motivation. Idea of winning together, walking away before someone loses
Make Deposits Make kind and helpful gestures to strengthen a relationship
Is it Really a Deposit? Deposits only count if they actually work as a deposit for that specific person. Find out what kind of kind/helpful gestures would actually be beneficial to the other person.
Do Small Acts of Kindness Deposit: Treating people with kindness
Keep Promises Deposit: Think carefully before promising something, then take it very seriously
Lying, Gossiping, and Spreading Secrets Withdrawals: creates a loss of trust and takes a long time to rebuild that with the other person
Be Loyal to the Absent Deposit: Avoid any kind of gossip or talking negatively about someone when they are not present
Keep Confidences Deposit: Keep others' shared confidences to yourself
Set Clear Expectations Deposit: Be clear and specific about plans and follow through
Apologize and Forgive Deposit: If you are in the wrong, admit it; and when you are wronged, learn to forgive and forget so that you can get past negativity
