Think Win-Win

Win-Lose Low in consideration, High in courage. Be the best, forget everyone else.
Forgive Forgive and forget to avoid hurting yourself the way you were hurt
Apologize Admit when your wrong and don't make excuses for your behavior. Excuses turn into bigger withdrawals
Set Clear Expectations Plan out what exactly it is to be done so no one is confused on what exactly they have to do
Be loyal to the Absent Don't talk about anyone while their not present. stand up for friends when others are talking bad about them
Keep Confidence What is said in private should not be shared with anyone else. Personal information being spread will not benefit anyone
Keep Promises Lies and broken promises break trust that's hard to gain back. Promises are big commitments so you have to follow through and do what you said you were going to do
Do Small Acts of Kindness Be courteous, kind, and respectful. Create connections with others and smile walks past
Find out What a Deposit is for the other person Take time to know what makes another person happy
Win-Win or No Deal High in both consideration and courage. Ready to walk away before someone loses.
