What two rules should you remember when making deposits into an EBA? 1. A deposit is only a deposit if the other person sees it as one. 2. It can take more than one deposit to make up for one withdrawl.
What are some deposits? Keep promises, keep confidences, be loyal to the absent, set clear expectations, apologize, forgive, show kindness, show courtesy, show respect.
What's an example of a withdrawal from someone's EBA? Breaking a promise, gossip, telling someone's secrets, unkindness.
What is an EBA? The amount of trust you have in someone.
How do you achieve think-win-win? First discover the problem or concern, then create a solution that benefits both of you.
How do you think-win-win By avoiding comparisons and competitions. As well as balancing you courage and consideration.
