Think Win-Win

Win-Lose If you're high on courage and low on consideration , you're always trying to get ahead of others or be better than other people
Lose-Win If you're low on courage and high on consideration, you're insecure. You're not brave enough to stick up for yourself.
Lose-Lose If you can't win, nobody wins. You get revenge. You envy and criticize others. You put other people down (and often yourself too)
Win-Win or No Deal You're ready to walk away before someone loses- including yourself. Balancing courage and consideration is the way to help others feel good for you to feel good too.
Someone who is eager to please and reluctant to stand up for their self A Lose -Win Person
Someone who doesn't care if other people lose, nor do they have the courage to stand up for their self A Lose- Lose Person
Someone who wants to get ahead and be the best and rise above even if it means stepping on someone else to get there A Win- Lose Person
Someone who is ready to walk away before someone loses- including their self A Win-Win or No Deal Person

When you do something that helps the relationship That's a deposit
When you do something that hurts the relationship That's a Withdrawal
Treating people with kindness is a form of? Deposit
