What is a win-win habit? Habit that highlights that you can't win if other people can't win too
What are the five paradigms of human interaction? 1) Win-Lose 2) Lose-Win 3) Lose-Lose 4) Win 5) Win-Win or No Deal
What is a win-Lose paradigm? A paradigm where you can't win without having other people lose
What is a Lose-Win paradigm? A paradigm where you are easily taken advantage of; you have a permanent victim mentality and only worry about yourself
What is a Lose-Lose paradigm? A paradigm where if you can't win, then no one will. You take others down with you; you take revenge.
What is a Win paradigm? A paradigm that cares about us winning, but not caring about if the other person/people win or lose.
What is a Win-Win or No Deal paradigm? A paradigm that focuses on everyone winning, rather than just a singular person. "If they can't win, then why should I?"
What does it mean to Balance Courage with Consideration? Be considerate of others while also be courageous enough to stand up for yourself.
What is Peer Pressure? When someone pressures you into doing something, and you should never say yes! Be comfortable with yourself
How should you be happy for the success of others? Congratulate others in life for accomplishments, even if they affected you negatively.
How should you credit and recognize others? Don't take all the glory for yourself, give people credit where it is due because you aren't the only reason for making it this far
What is a deposit? Something that helps a relationship
What are the eight deposits? 1) Find Out What a Deposit is for the other person 2) Do small acts of kindness 3) Keep promises 4) Be loyal 5) Set Clear Expectations 6) Apologize 7) Give Feedback 8) Forgive others
