TermDefinition
Win-Lose You always need to be one step ahead or better than the other person to win. You can't be good without someone else messing up.
Lose-Win You have no confidence. You look for people’s sympathy or pity.
Lose-Lose You get envy when other people are successful and not you. You won't look to help anyone, because you only care about yourself.
Win-Win or No deal You go out of your way to help other people. You do the right thing and have a lot of integrity.
Do small acts of kindness Do the little things to make someone's day. Even if it's just a smile or a nice compliment to someone.
Keep promises Keep your word. Be serious when you say things like "I promise" or "I commit that to you"
Keep confidences Be loyal to people. If someone says something to you, keep it to yourself. You don't want people doing that to you.
Be loyal to the absent Stick up for people if they are being badly talked about. Treat people with respect and spread positivity.
Set clear expectations Be certain on your goals / plans. Then be consistent with them and follow through.
Apologize If you're in the wrong, own up to it. Don't make up excuses about your wrong doings. Be a bigger person.
Forgive Learn to put your mental health first and forgive people. You don't want keep negativity inside you and spread it.
