Avoid gossip and defend someone when they are not in your presence be loyal to the absent
Be clear, concise, and follow through set clear expectations
When you're wrong it is important that you do this apologize
Moving forward without malice after an apology forgive
Normally to do this people 'pay it forward' do small acts of kindness
