consultants Professionals who share their knowledge, such as knowledge about children, with other adults.

direct intervention Term used to describe a child-related career in which a person works in close contact with children.
entrepreneur Person who creates and owns a business.
formal leadership People chosen by others to lead a group, such as elected or appointed officials and managers in organized groups.

informal leaders People who lead or guide others even though they are not officially chosen to lead.
