Question | Answer |
Observations | Allow to gather information about something. |
Qualitative | What you can learn about an object using your 5 senses. |
Quantitative | What you can learn about an object using numbers and measurments. |
Infrence | A conclusion based on your observations. They try to make sense or explain your observations. |
Science | Knowlege gained by systematic study. |
Variables | Any factor that can change in an experiment observation or model. |
Hypothesis | Prediction;testable idea or explanation that leads to scientific investigation. |
Independent Variable | Manipulated variable; what YOU change. |
Dependent variable | Responding variable; what happens as a result. |
