ADULT MVC soft? | Ejection / thrown from any vehicle (including ATV, Motorcycle, Moped, or Truck bed) |

PEDI Airwary HARD? | Active airway assistance beyond administration of O2. Any Airway Adjunct including Manual Jaw thrust, Suctioning, or other Ventialation assistance. |
PEDI LOC HARD? | Altered Mental Status |
PEDI PMS HARD? | Paralysis, loss of sensation, or suspected Spinal Cord Injury |
PEDI Pulse HARD? | Faint or nonpalpable Carotid or Femoral Pulses. |
PEDI BP HARD? | SBP < 50 |
PEDI Fx HARD? | Open long bone Fx, multiple Fx, or Dislocation sites. |
PEDI Avulstion HARD? | Major Degloving or Flap Avulstions |
PEDI Burns HARD? | 2nd or 3rd degree burns on => 10% TBSA |
PEDI Amputaion HARD? | Amputaion proximal to wrist or ankle |
PEDI Penetrating HARD? | Penetrating injuies to Head, Neck, or Torso excluding superfical wounds where depth can be determined. |
