| Message | To express your thoughts and feelings must be sent and received. |
| Context | has at least four dimensions: physical, social-psychological, temporal and cultural. The room, workplace, or outdoor space in which communication takes place. |

| Feedback | is a special type of message. When you send a spoken or written message to another person, you get feedback from your own message. |
