---|---|---|---|---|---|
Cell Wall | The cell wall is rigid, nonliving material surrounding the cell, the cell wall helps protect and support the cell.
🗑
Cell membrane | A cell membrane is a cell structure that controls which substances can enter and leave the cell.
🗑
Cytoplasm | The cytoplasm is the region between the cell membrane and the nucleus.
🗑
Nucleus | The nucleus is the control center for the cell, it controls the cell activities.
🗑
Mitochondria | Mitochondria converts energy in food molecules, into energy the cell can use to carry out the functions.
🗑
Endoplasmic reticulum | It carries out proteins and other materials from one part of the cell to another
🗑
Ribosomes | Ribosomes are attached to some surfaces of the endoplasmic reticulum, and help produce proteins.
🗑
Golgi body | The golgi body receives proteins and other materials and distributes them to other parts of the cell
🗑
Chloroplasts | Chloroplasts are floating in the cytoplasm, they capture energy from sunlight and make food for the cell.
🗑
Vacuoles | They are found floating in the cytoplasm, they are the storage area for the cell
🗑
