| Precautions | Addiction, depression, COPD, myasthenia gravis, elderly or very ill patients, psychoses, hepatic or renal failure, Due to short half-life of the drug, seizures may recur

| Dosage/Route | Seizure 5-10mg IV/IM adult, Pedi 0.5-2mg IV/IM; Acute Anxiety 2-5mg IV/IM; premedication 5-15mg IV, Pedi 0.2-0.5mg/kg IV
