Film Creasing   - thin radiolucent line seen - film was creased and emulsion was cracked

Phalangioma   - image of PT finger is seen - PT finger incorrectly placed in front of receptor instead of behind

Dbl Exposure   - dbl image seen - same receptor was exposed twice

Movement   - blurred image - tube head or PT moved during exposure

Reversed Film   - light images w herringbone pattern - film placed in mouth backward and then exposed
