Dose   The amount of toxin an organism takes in (milligrams per kilogram of body weight)

Mechanism of action   How the toxin is affecting the target (what problems does it cause the target?)

Form of a substance   The chemical or physical make up of the toxin (phase, chemical formula)

Synergism   When 2 or more chemicals are in the body at the same time, the effects of these toxins are heightened/increased.

Antagonism   When 2 or more chemicals are in the body at the same time, the effects of these toxins are lowered/decreased.
