What is Amylase? | Enzyme that breaks down starch to sugar (maltose)

What is an Enzyme? | A chemical produced by living organisms that speeds up chemical reactions

Define Peristalsis | A muscular movement that pushes food along the digestive system. Only occurs in the digestive system.
