Conflict resolution method: Collaboration | Win-win orientation. Appropriate when it encourages identification of areas of agreement and disagreement, and incorporates both parties’ perspectives. This method requires the most time.

Professional | An individual who performs work that requires advanced training or education and involves mental effort over manual effort (but not limited to). In most cases professionals follow a general code of ethics set out by an organization.
