Indication/Agent: Cocaine | Antidote: Diazepam 20-10 mg IV (over 2-5 min)prn for confirmed cocaine OD with tachycardia,tremors,anxiety
Consider NS up to 20 ml/kg if symptomatic

Indication/Agent: Phenothiazine OD/ Dystonic Reaction | Antidote: Diphenhydramine 50 mg IV or 25 mg IV/ 25 mg IM for the treatment of dystonia associated with phenothiazine ingestion
