Indication/Agent: Carbon Monoxide Antidote: High flow oxygen
Indication/Agent: Opiates/Narcotics Antidote: Naloxone "Narcan" .4-2 mg SLOW IV/IM prn if experiencing respiratory depression
Indication/Agent: Organophosphates Antidote: Atropine 2-5 mg IV prn until HR >100/min & lung sounds are clear
Indication/Agent: Cyanide Antidote: Nitrates, Cyanokit

Indication/Agent: Tricyclic Antidepressant (TCAs) Antidote: (if confirmed)Sodium Bicarb .5-1 mEq/kg SLOW IV or infusion 50 mEq in 1000 ml NS. Epi Infusion up to to maintain BP(2-10 mcg/min)
Indication/Agent: CCBs Antidote: Calcium Chloride 500-1000 mg IV or IM prn for confirmed CCB OD. Epi Infusion to maintain BP(2-10 mcg/min) with confirmed CCB OD (insulin?/dextrose?)
Indication/Agent: Cocaine Antidote: Diazepam 20-10 mg IV (over 2-5 min)prn for confirmed cocaine OD with tachycardia,tremors,anxiety Consider NS up to 20 ml/kg if symptomatic Treat chest pain as ACS="MONA"
Indication/Agent: Phenothiazine OD/ Dystonic Reaction Antidote: Diphenhydramine 50 mg IV or 25 mg IV/ 25 mg IM for the treatment of dystonia associated with phenothiazine ingestion
