Trigeminal ganglion→V2→Foramen rotundum→pterygopalatine fossa→pterygomaxillary fissure→Infratemporal fossa→internal branch of PSA→PSA foramen on infratemporal surface of the maxilla→POP of 2nd & 3rd molars, L & DB roots of 1st molar
Infraorbital Nerve
Trigeminal ganglion→V2→Foramen rotundum→pterygopalatine fossa→infraorbital n. →inferior orbital fissure→infraorbital groove→infraorbital canal→infraorbital foramen→(relevant to dentistry) skin and mucous membranes of upper lip
Mental Nerve
Trigeminal ganglion→V3→foramen ovale→infratemporal fossa→ IA n.→→mandibular foramen→mandibular canal→mental foramen→mental n.→skin of chin, lower lip, facial gingiva and vestibular mucosa of anterior teeth and 1st premolar of quadrant
