Science An organized way of studying things and finding answers.
Critical Thinking A process that uses certin skills to solve problems.
Scientific method An orginized way to solve a problem useing a series of steps.
1. State the problem
2. Gather imformation
3. Form a hypothesis
4. Test the hypothesis
5. Analyze data
6. Draw conclusions
7. Report results
Scientific Theory An elplantion of things or eventsbased on scientific knowledge
Cell theory Scientests made observations of cells and expimented for more than 100 years before enough imformation was clooected.
Scientific law A statement about how things work in nature.
Cell The smallest unit of life of an organism that carries on the function of life.
Stimulus Anything that causes some change in an organism.
Responce The way that an organism reacts to a stimilus, often results in movement.
Homeostasis Maintaining the proper conditions inside an organism.
Devolopment Changes that take place during the life OF AN ORGAMISM
