| Weather | The condition of the air at a given time and place. |
| Cold Front | A boundry formed when a cold air mass pushes into a mass of warm air. Violent weather usually occures along this front. |
| Warm Front | A boundry formed when a warm air mass pushes up and over a cold air mass. Light rain can fall along this front. |
| Tornado | A small but violent windstorm that forms a rotating column of air. |
| Thunderstorm | A violent rainstorm often with thunder and lightening. |
| Cirrus Cloud | Thin wispy clouds made mostly of ice crystals. |
| Stratus Cloud | Clouds that form wide sheets across the sky. |
| Cumulus Clouds | Big puffy white fair weather clouds that form at any altitude. |
| Nimbostratus | Rain clouds. |
| Cumulonimbus Clouds | Thunderstorm clouds. Also know as thunderheads. |
| Blizzard | A blinding snowstorm. |
| Stationary Front | A front that does not move. This can be either a warm front or col front. |
| Front | The boundry formed between 2 air masses. |
| Fog | A cloud that forms close to the ground. |
| Air Mass | A large body of air with the same temperature and amount of moisture. |
| Hurricane | A storm with circular winds and heavy rains that forms over an ocean. |
