Pangaea The name of the theory of when scientists thought that all the continents formed one land
Continental Drift Wegner's theory of all the Continents drifting through the Plate Tectonics
Explain the Theory of Plate Tectonics. Explains the formation, movement, and subduction of Earth's plates. The theory explains that the Lithosphere is always in constant motion, and that plates connected are moving too. Satellites have proven the fact, and the continents move 3 cm. a year
Sea - Floor Spreading The theory that the sea floor is in constant motion because new land is added every day due to weak spots in the Ocean.
