how do winter storms form? when dry air moves toward cool air and they interact.
how does snow form in a winter storm? snow is formed when water vapor turns into ice without becoming a liquid.
what is frost,and what does it have to do with snow storm? it white ice crystals that form on a surface like the ground or leaves of plants. when there is a winter storm its covers any open surface.
