How do mineral nutrients enter our body? from the foods we eat and the water we drink
What is a producer? a plant
What is a herbivore? plant eater
What is a carnivore? meat eater
What are decomposers? organism that feed on dead material
Why are plants called producers? because they are the only plant that can make their own food
Why are animals called consumers? because they obtain nutrients by eating something else since they can't make their own food.
What is a animal that eats both plants and animals? omnivores
What do decomposers do? they help break down dead materials even further then they release nutrients back to the the soil.
