Vascular Plants- A plant that had tissues that carry water and dissolved material Xylem- The vessels in a vascular plant that carry water and nutrients from roots to the leaves
Phloem- The vessels in a vascular plant that carry food from the leaves to the other parts of the plants for use and storage Nonvascular Plant- A plant that does have tissues to transport food and water
Tropism- The responce of a plant to turn towar Phototropism- The movement of a plant towards or away from something in its enviroment
Gravitropism- A tropism in which the roots of a plant grow downward, in the direct of gravity
