vertebrate animal with a backbone.
endoskeleton gives primary support to an animal inside there body.
bone gives vertebrates a strong support system.
cartilage strong but more flexible than bone also gives support.
vertebral colomn a series of similar bones that support the body and protect the spinal cord.
skull covers and protects the brain.
oxygenated blood carries abundant oxygen.
deoxygenated blood has given most of its oxygen to the bodys cells
gill take oxygen from the water
lung air chambers inside an animals body were blood can obtain oxygen
diaphram a thin layer of muscle that separates the chest from the abdomen
central nervous system made up of the brain and the spinal cord.
