PHYSICAL HEALTH Refers to the efficient functioning of the body and itssystems, and includes the physical capacity to perform tasks and physical fitness
SOCIAL HEALTH Being able to interact with others and particpate in the community in both independent and cooperative way
WHO definition of HEALTH A state of complete physical, mental and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity
