13 counts to three (or says other prearranged signal) to alert client to begin transfer
14 on signal, gradually assists client to stand
15 assists client to pivot to front of wheelchair with back of clients legs against wheelchair
16 lowers client into wheelchair
17 positions client whith hips touching back of wheelchair and removes transfer belt
18 positionss client's feet on footrests
19 signaling device is within client's reach
20 wahses hands
