Weathering The PROCESS through which ROCKS or other materials are BROKEN DOWN.
Erosion PROCESS through which WEATHERED ROCK is MOVED from one PLACE to ANOTHER.
Glacier A LARGE Mass of SLOWLY flowing ICE.
Deposition PROCESS by which ERODED materials are DROPPED OFF in ANOTHER place (e.g, by water, waves, wind).
Meander GENTLE CURVES, which sometimes form in RIVERS with slow-moving water.
crust the ROCKY layer of Earth's surface. (includes continents and the ocean basins)
mantle the layer of the Earth's INTERIOR BELOW THE MANTLE. divided into the upper and lower mantle.

LAVA Once MAGMA reaches the Earth's SURFACE, it's lava.

Floodplain A PLACE that is EASILY FLOODED when RIVER water RISES.
