Google Earth Coordinates latitude is first and longitude is listed second. These coordinates are always found on the lower part of the page when using Google Earth.
latitude map lines that measure north and south of the equator
longitude map lines that measure east and west of the prime meridian
contour interval the elevation measured between the contour lines on a topographic map
field survey and remote sensing both of these are used to make maps
Equator this is a line of latitude that goes completely around the earth and is known as a great circle
